Bes Health & Wellness Holdings was not conceived in an abstract boardroom. It was built across kitchen tables, corporate IT floors, finance desks, and community soil. Every one of our eight entities is rooted in real challenges navigated, real industries worked, and a personal commitment to leave people and the planet better than we found them.

Where We Began

In 2003, our journey began not as a commercial publishing venture, but as a family mission. I started Bes Outkast Society the Magazine with a simple, personal purpose: to inspire my oldest and youngest daughters to fall in love with reading, write with confidence, and engage deeply with the world around them.

The name itself came from years spent working in the IT department of a major insurance company. In enterprise technology, you often operate behind the scenes—unseen and unrecognized until a system goes down and someone urgently needs help. We called it Bes Outkast Society to honor those who do the foundational, quiet work that keeps society running, and to give voice to independent thinkers who look at the world from a different angle.

Resilience Through Disruption

After years working in corporate finance, the market crash of 2007 reshaped the economic landscape, culminating in my departure from the industry in 2009. That pivotal turning point became the catalyst for something greater: a return to purpose.

I founded this firm out of a fundamental desire to help people directly. Drawing on time-tested, traditional holistic remedies, I began helping perimenopausal and postmenopausal women find comfort, balance, and natural relief when standard systems offered little support.

What started with holistic health quickly revealed an undeniable truth: you cannot separate personal wellness from the environment people live in, the security of their data, or the communities they inhabit.

The Portfolio Is Personal

To an outsider, an ecosystem spanning sustainable land development, telemedicine, cybersecurity, clean textiles, public relations, and media might look wide. To us, it is second nature.

None of these fields are foreign to me. I have worked directly inside every single industry represented in our portfolio—from IT infrastructure and financial modeling, to health advocacy, communications, and real asset development. We do not acquire businesses we do not understand. We build and govern what we know from the inside out.
